All sales final. Dropseed Native Landscapes guarantees all plants are true to type and are disease and pest free (unless otherwise noted). Dropseed Native Landscapes guarantees all potted plant material for 30-days past the purchase date. All plants must be planted in-ground to receive a refund or exchange. Photos must be provided of the planting site as well as the individual plant(s) in question. Bare-Root and Landscape Plug stock are not guaranteed (with the exception of mail-order flats at arrival). Dropseed Native Landscapes is not responsible for plant loss due to extreme weather, drought, floods, or wildlife activity. Items sold at Clearance are not guaranteed. Dropseed Native Landscapes reserves the right to change it's return policy with no prior notice or announcement.
